Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Magic Mountain Software LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“Gablery”, “we”, “us”), handles personal information when you use Gablery (gablery.com and the Gablery application - the “Service”). We aim to collect only what the Service needs to work, and to be plain about where it goes. Questions or requests: [email protected].

1. What we collect

Account and workspace details: your name, email address, password (stored only as a strong one-way hash - we never see or store the password itself), your workspace/company name, your role in the workspace and your selected region.
Design content: the briefs you write, drawings you upload (DWG/DXF), plan edits, chat messages to the designer, finish selections, walkthrough snapshots you take, and the designs, reports and files the Service generates for you.
Billing information: your plan, credit balance and a ledger of credit movements. Card and payment details are collected and held by Stripe, our payment processor - we never see or store full card numbers.
Support and email: messages you send through the in-app support chat, and a log of service emails we send you (verification, password reset, invitations, notifications), kept so we can help when something goes missing.
Technical data: authentication tokens, IP addresses and basic request information used for security, rate limiting and abuse prevention, and service logs needed to run and debug the platform. We use localStorage for your sign-in session and preferences. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking, and we do not use marketing cookies.

2. How we use it

To provide the Service: generating designs, storing your work, rendering walkthroughs, producing reports and CAD files.
To operate accounts and workspaces: sign-in, email verification, password resets, team invitations, share links.
To bill you: processing purchases and subscriptions through Stripe, metering credits.
To support you: answering messages sent via support chat or email.
To keep the Service safe: rate limiting, abuse and fraud prevention, security monitoring, debugging.
To improve the Service, which can include offering generalised, de-identified generated designs as templates or examples, as described in the Terms - always stripped of names, workspaces and project details, and never including drawings you uploaded.
To send service emails (verification, resets, invitations, receipts and important account or product notices). We do not send marketing email without your consent, and anything optional will be clearly opt-out.

3. AI processing

Generating a design sends the relevant content - your brief, plan data and, where you use those features, uploaded drawings or their rendered previews - to the AI providers we use, currently Anthropic (Claude models) and OpenAI (image generation), via their commercial APIs. Under those API terms, this data is not used to train their models. We send what the feature needs, not your whole account.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except:

Service providers who process it for us: cloud hosting (our servers and database), Cloudflare (DNS/proxy), Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (outbound email), and the AI providers in Section 3. Each receives only what its role requires.
Your workspace: members of your workspace can see the workspace’s designs, and workspace owners can see member names, emails and roles.
People you share with: if you create a public share link, anyone with that link can view the shared design (walkthrough, plan, snapshots, report) until you revoke it.
Authorities, if we are legally required to, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Gablery, our users or the public.
A successor, as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets - with notice to you.

5. Where it lives

Our servers and the providers above may be located outside your country (including the United States and Australia). Wherever your information is processed, it is protected by this policy and by our contracts with those providers.

6. How long we keep it

Account and design data: for as long as your workspace is active.
If you delete a design, its stored files are deleted with it. If you ask us to delete your workspace, we delete its data within a reasonable period, except what we must keep for legal, billing or security reasons (for example, transaction records).
Backups and logs roll over on a schedule and expire automatically.

7. Security

Traffic is encrypted with TLS. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. Password-reset, email-verification and invitation tokens are stored only as one-way hashes and expire. Access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure - if we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

8. Your rights and choices

You can view and edit your profile and workspace details in Settings, and delete individual designs at any time.
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal information by emailing [email protected]. We respond within a reasonable time and verify requests before acting on them.
If you are in Australia, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if you believe we have mishandled your information - though we would appreciate the chance to fix it first. If you are in a jurisdiction with similar rights (such as the UK or EU), you may have equivalent rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and complaint to your local authority.

9. Children

The Service is for professionals and adults. It is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. For material changes we will give notice (for example by email or an in-app notice). The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
